She is a finance expert and has been working in Corporate Finance, Financial Markets and Investor Relations for over 20 years, boasting a long track record in both B2B and B2C companies. She started at PwC, initially as an auditor, then as a corporate finance manager, with assignments mainly in corporate valuations, IPOs and M&A transactions. Her experience in IR started in a “Nuovo Mercato” company and then, for several years, Simona was IR and M&A Director at the international level of Lottomatica-GTECH, now IGT, world leader in the gaming industry, listed first on the FTSE Mib and now on the NYSE. She has gained significant experience in IR – international roadshows, investor targeting and perception studies – also in critical transactions, or phases of transition and change.
Simona collaborates with a number of communication agencies both in Italy and abroad, addressing the SME and blue chip community on various topics – IR services, IPOs, Crisis Management, M&A, Business Plan Analysis and Feasibility, ESG factors.
He lived in London, where he obtained the IR Society’s Investor Relations certificate, of which he is a full member. In Italy, she is a member of AIR, the Italian IR association. A native Italian speaker, Simona is fluent in English, speaks French and Spanish, and is currently studying Swedish.
Luca Macario is a Professional Journalist. Specialised in Economic-Financial issues, he has developed his career straddling Institutional Communication (as communications manager for companies and non-profit organisations) and journalism. From 2001 to 2006, he collaborated on a regular basis with various Class Group publications (Lombard, Patrimoni, Class CNBC). In 2003, she won the prestigious international Journalistic Excellence Award.
Rossana Revello was a pupil of Aldo Chiappe - the founder of Public Relations in Italy - and in 1985 founded with him, Chiappe Revello, of which she is still President. Rossana specialises in stakeholder engagement, corporate social responsibility and institutional relations. Since 1986 she has been a member, as an entrepreneur, of Confindustria and president from 2016 to 2020 of the Corporate Social Responsibility Technical Group.
Giulia Puntel is a Project Management expert in Marketing & Communication projects, event organisation and training. She graduated from La Sapienza University of Rome in Ancient Literature with a focus on Classical Philology and has about 20 years of experience within innovation-oriented organisations. Since 2015 she is co-Founder and co-Owner of Ampersand Comunicazione ed Eventi.
