Techshop SGR announces the first closing of its new venture capital fund dedicated to pre-seed and seed startups developing B2B solutions built on artificial intelligence. Techshop II has completed its first closing at €43 million, exceeding its initial fundraising target, and is aiming at €100 million raising during 2027.
With Techshop II, the firm founded in 2021 by Aurelio Mezzotero and Gianluca D’Agostino becomes a multi-fund platform, with the goal of reaching €150 million in total assets under management. The strategy remains focused on early-stage B2B software, with particular attention to the pre-seed and seed rounds.toward a more digitalised issuer to investor chain overall.

The new Techshop II Fund:
